He specializes in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of net lease assets across the U.S. which includes industrial, retail, and healthcare properties. In addition to net lease assets, he also has extensive experience in self-storage transactions. With a strong background in institutional finance, Chris assists clients with structuring complex debt and equity solutions, drawing on his extensive network of national lenders. Before his brokerage career, Chris held roles at several lending institutions, where he developed a deep understanding of underwriting and credit risk analysis. He holds a degree in Finance from Fairfield University and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University.
