Larry Nielsen

Larry Nielsen, with IWI Realty, a Group of Res and Ranch, LLC, brings a powerful blend of commercial real estate expertise and deep industry insight to clients across the Permian Basin. With a distinguished background in the Oil and Gas sector and proven success in executive Operations and Sales roles, Larry has developed a sharp understanding of the unique demands of industrial, land, and commercial transactions. His reputation for strategic deal-making, disciplined negotiation, and strong client advocacy has made him a trusted partner for businesses and investors alike.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Larry served honorably in the United States Navy, an experience that instilled the leadership, resilience, and work ethic he carries into every professional endeavor. Originally from Arizona, he now calls Midland, TX home. Outside of work, Larry enjoys weightlifting, hiking, reading, and spending meaningful time with his six children, of whom he is immensely proud. He holds a degree in Business Management from Post University.

Joey is a West Texas–raised commercial and industrial real estate advisor who combines oil and gas industry experience with local market insight to help businesses secure strategic properties across the Permian Basin.

Raised in the Pecos area, Joey brings a deep connection to West Texas and the people who drive its growth. After graduating from Texas Tech University, he began his career in the oil and gas industry, gaining hands-on experience that provided a strong understanding of the region’s energy economy and its impact on local businesses. This background continues to shape his approach to real estate, with a clear focus on the industries and infrastructure that power the Permian Basin.

Today, Joey specializes in commercial and industrial real estate, helping businesses secure the properties and financing they need to grow and operate efficiently in one of the most competitive energy markets in the country. As a member of Iron Wolf Industrial, he is focused on delivering value through local market knowledge, industry experience, and a results-driven mindset. Joey serves as a trusted advisor, connecting companies with strategic properties that support their operational needs and the continued development of West Texas.
